January Jump Start Workout #3: 15-Minute Cardio Strength Workout with Dumbbells

Join me (and Peanut!) for this full length 15-minute home workout that you can do in a small space using just a mat and some dumbbells. This cardio strength routine combines compound, multi-muscle moves with short cardio intervals in one efficient circuit to help you maximize your workout time. This total body cardio and strength training session burns calories, elevates the heart rate and works the muscles in the thighs, inner thighs, legs, quadriceps, hamstrings, core, arms, shoulders and abs with exercises like squats, lunges, overhead presses, push ups, skaters, jogging, abdominal and core work and more.

Equipment: Dumbbells (I’m using a set of 7 lbs and 10 lbs, will vary by level and ability)

Intensity: Moderate to High
